UPS is more reliable than the post office when tracking packages. UPS tracks a package from start to finish about 99% of the time. The Post Office tracks a package
from start to finish about 60% of the time.
UPS is also able to find a lost package quicker than the post office. If the package can not be found UPS also issues refunds quicker than the post office. We can
not issue refunds to our customers until we ourselves have been issued a refund.
UPS has a guaranteed time in transit. Shipping via UPS Express usually has a time in transit of approximately one to three business days while UPS Expedited
usually takes two to five business days (please ask if you want an accurate figure for your package). UPS does not offer a refund on the shipping if a package is
late because of delays outside their control. The post office does not offer a guaranteed time in transit. Post Office packages usually take about four to ten days
to deliver, but may take up to a month.
