Is it legal to have a dog in my passenger seat. I have a groendahl. He loves the car. So i build up floor in front seat so he can lie down or sit and enjoy the fresh air
But is this legal?

Thanks for the replyMX-Jon wrote:There is no special rules for dogs. They are considered as cargo and the only rule is for securing cargo in case of an accident.
The cargo should be secured to prevent damages to driver/passengers in case of an crash.
So I dont think there should be any problem transporting him in the passenger seat.
No I did not know that. at least not for the front seat? Can you put me in touch with a dealer who sells this kind of thing?Pelle wrote:Then you have to secure the case properly.
